Phyllis and Chris were Fantastic! I had a short deadline and they came through. Phyllis was able to get my printing needs much faster than expected and Chris was great checking me out. They both are professional and friendly and have a caring attitude! I normally print from the office but will use Staples more often because of their can do attitude! Thanks ladies!!!

Bathrooms look like a serious biohazard. Tiles are coming off of the bottom of the wall under and near sink. Dangerous level of bacteria around toilet wall -see photos Located in Ladies room.

I've tried to use their printing services three times now. Every single time they don't make their 'guaranteed' print time, and that's simply because none of their lazy workers can get off their butt and run a simple 20 page print job. I've walked in and seen them not doing anything, but my print job I put in 8 hours ago hasn't been touched. Last time I paid extra for 'express' printing, knowing they didn't bother to live up to their 'guarantee' on their website where I submitted the print job and guess what, it still hadn't been done. Never again.

Horrendous customer service. I bought an Emerge Vortex (Staples brand) chair less than a year ago and the arm rest snapped at the bottom. I brought the chair up for a warranty replacement. After wasting time with the associate going back and forth to the manager, they could not help me with replacing the chair and gave me a phone number for Staples customer service. Terrible customer service. Absolutely absurd warranty replacement policy. They make it seem like it’s an easy replacement policy when purchased but now I have to wait for parts to be shipped to me so I can replace them myself.
