The woman at the front is very friendly the man I spoke with was incredibly rude and condescending. They were able to fix my computer, but completed repairs before I agreed to them despite me asking and them saying several times they wouldn't do any work above the diagnostic fee without calling and getting it approved first, as I am on a very limited income. This was also stated on my receipt when I dropped off the computer. They were incredibly pushy and I had to tell them several times I did not need certain things done that would have cost me significantly more and had nothing to do with my issue or the ability to use my computer.

Excellent service. In early November my type-C charging port in my Dell Latitude laptop had burnt out. UBreakIFix said they wouldn't fix it because they don't solder. MicroCenter said they wouldn't even do a diagnostic because if it was the type-C charging port, they would have to replace the sourceboard which would cost me $1,000. The man at MicroCenter said to buy a new laptop since Black Friday was coming up in a few weeks.I told him my laptop is in perfect condition. The only issue is the charging port. So I took it to Dok Klaus Computer Care.... who fixed the issue and replaced the sourceboard for $380, diagnostic, parts, and labor. It was not $1,000 like the man at MicroCenter said! Unfortunately I had to wait another 2 weeks because after the technician fixed it, he plugged it back into my off-brand charger to see if that was the issue, and it fried out the charging port again. They replaced the part again at no cost to me. Now I know not to listen to BestBuy employees and only buy BRAND chargers with correct wattage for my electronics. Came in for a new SSD for my computer. It had been running slow and was getting to the point where it was unuseable. They installed the SSD, formatted it, and made my old drive the data drive. My computer now goes from taking 30 minutes to boot up to 20 seconds. Truly a game changer!

Dok helped me with my Dell laptop gave me great info to go on basically I had to replace the obsolete unit and they explained in great detail why!!! Awesome place !!!

Good communication and trustworthy. We had a laptop with a broken touch screen. We brought it in with a minor deadline. They made the repairs at a fair price and we made our deadline. A few months later we realized the camera and mic weren't working quite right and brought it back expecting to pay since our warranty was over. After checking, they were honest and took ownership of the camera and mic connection issue and made it right.
