Virgil’s computers (Napoleon) did all my IT for my new dental office in Norfolk more than 10 years ago! I have never had any problems with my computers or networks, one computer/server in particular has been the best I ever had, it has been functioning as my own personal one since 2013! It still works like it was made yesterday! Thank you Napoleon for a great job!!! 👏

Customer service not great. No call back after weeks of having my boys computer I was on the road got back and called them and apparently been done for a week. Weren’t able to fix my issue, bad motherboard, no fault to them. Just opened my boys laptop to pull the hard rive to move to another laptop and it’s not there and again bad customer service and no resolve apparently they just disappear when the motherboard crashes.
