I had the awesome pleasure of working with Tristan here today. He was kind, he was friendly , just simply adorable. I took my phone there to be repaired. Upon returning, I asked if he were the owner. I honestly thought he was, because OWNERS seem to be the most attentive, and customer service orientated. He replied he wasn't. I said you certainly carry yourself as if you are. After I filed my claim they took care of me instantly and in prestigious timing. Customer service was A1 and the information the provided me to help point me in the right direction ti file mt claim was extremely helping. They turned a 3 hour job into an 1.5 job. I had a water damaged s22 ultra with water damage that would not power on. They changed all the parts they could and could not get it working. They were incredibly nice and helpful with all my questions and have even given me recommendations to get my data off the phone. I would gladly bring another device to them

I dropped my iPhone 14 Plus and screen had a crack near the camera lens. Camera worked fine but screen was temperamental and facial recognition didn’t work. They replaced screen and fixed all issues in an hour. Filed thru my phone insurance and it cost me zero out of pocket. Doesn’t get much better than that.
