I purchased a power desk. It did not work after so many back and forth I returned it and wrote the below review on their website. They took it off their site, so I decided to write it here with their reasoning. ”Never worked Stuck at the highest level. Called the customer service the said they will send the control box that has been recalled (why do you sell a product that’s been recalled without fixing it in the first place?) in two business days, they didn’t send it. Called again after 10 days. They asked for the pictures of broken piece!!!!?After so many back and forth I received the piece, replaced it, did not work. I’m gonna disassemble and return it. I could not use it for about a month, such a wast of time.” Here is their answer: “Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!”

Quality of copy and print services have declined significantly. New staff appear less knowledgeable on how to produce clean professional looking prints or an unwillingness to learn or perform basic printer adjustment skills. When questioned, they say, that's just what the printer produced. No longer my go to place for important print work.

Very helpful employees when needed. I love the fact that I can email what I need printed out & go directly to machine and print it off. Easy too!
