I was having some trouble with replacing my 2020 Macbook Air battery. I couldn't figure out what was going on so I brought the laptop here to see what was going on. Nazir recommended to me what I should do to address the issue and if it still didn't work, to then come back. I was still having issues and came back to the store to have Nazir actually diagnose the issue this time. Over the next 4 days, Nazir ordered his own parts and ran multiple diagnostics to figure out what the issue was, turns out it was just a bad connection. He was able to get the laptop back up and running again! Communication throughout the week was top notch and overall, I am very pleased with the work performed and the help I was given.
