Fantastic service and very professional. I had called beforehand to check if they could replace my 2015 Macbook Air battery. After checking on their end, they said they could so I stopped by to pay a $30 deposit. They ordered the battery and in less than 3 days, my laptop was fixed. All in all, I paid $99 + taxes, which is much better than having to pay for a brand new computer.

I asked if CPR could install a new battery for my old iPod Touch (4th Gen). They said they could and outline some of the possible issues/risks that could result from opening up the iPod Touch (loss of touch screen sensitivity, loss of screen brightness, etc.). Because the parts and repair costs were small (compared to a new iPod Touch), I took the gamble. I got my iPod Touch back in 3 business days and it works great. No noticeable defects with the screen and battery life is back to normal. Highly recommend these guys.

I’d recommend this spot for your phone repairs! My phone had some screen damage and this shop was the most convenient one to me. Luke did a great job replacing it, explaining things + communicating through the process. Only reason I’m rating 4 stars is there was an appointment timing issue at the beginning, but overall it was a good experience. I actually get to see my iPhone screen clear again…*A Whole New World plays* 🙌🏽 Thanks again Luke!

One of the best experiences I've had at a cellphone repair shop. Both Best Buy's Geek Squad & the Apple store told me that my endlessly rebooting iPhone was a dud and I needed to buy a new one. Then I called CPR repair as a Hail Mary attempt to get my phone fixed and it was 100% worth it. Luke & Kevin were the friendliest guys and were so upfront about my options and pricing. After only 10 minutes Luke was able to revive my phone from the boot-loop state and go over reasonable repair options. Ultimately, the option I selected was under $70! So happy to have my phone back without breaking the bank and to have my precious family photos recovered again. Thanks so much guys! I'll be spreading the good word of your shop for now on.
