These guys were amazing! They repaired my MacBook Pro Screen and even let me use a keyboard and mouse while we were waiting for the screen to be shipped. They were helpful, professional, and if I have any other repair needs I am going to "Your Computer Guy" in Virginia Beach. Excellent service!

Great experience here. Chris and Brian greeted me when I entered and I dealt primarily with Chris, who did a great job of answering my questions (even the dumb ones lol). I'm satisfied with the quality of work and pricing at this location and will definitely return for future needs.

My new go-to guys. Really good and unbelievably reasonable! Great bunch of guys working in there. Very personable and so knowledgeable! Although not their thing, they also solved a nagging problem I was having with my Samsung Galaxy Android phone.

If i could give less stars i would. i left my pc with these guys for a month and they deduced there was something wrong with my motherboard and gave me a $100 dollar replacement cost turns out they ordered it from a 3rd party seller instead of directly from HP so it didn’t work then i was quoted a $460 price tag for the genuine part wich was weird because my pc is 3-4 years old. i called back a week later to speak to someone different and it turns out the replacement actually costs $300 and the other tech was over charging me. So i tell them i would like to pick up my pc and they said it was fine give them a moment so they could put it back together. i arrive and my pc is in pieces everything is unplugged and the gpu wasn’t even properly installed so i asked if they are sure it was together and if need be they can have extra time or money to fix it and he looked at the pc and said no it’s fine. would not recommend very disrespectful and predatory behavior.
