Apple Lynnhaven Mall

I went to get my phone restored, and everything seemed fine at first. The process went smoothly until the restoration was complete and we started setting up the transfer and SIM card. The first employee interacted with was very helpful The new person assigned to me said he was taking a 15-minute break,shortly into the process but the transfer should be done by then and I could leave after that. So, I waited. However, after some time, I noticed the transfer wasn’t complete and nothing seemed to be loading correctly. I asked another employee for help, but she was assisting another customer at the time. When the original person returned, he continued working on it, but still didn’t finish the SIM transfer. I ended up waiting for over an hour. At one point, he walked right past me, ignored me, and started helping another customer. Frustrated, I decided to leave and contacted T-Mobile for help. A kind lady from T-Mobile quickly took care of the issue and completed the transfer for me.

Just want to share how wonderful Bob was the other day. I’ve been searching for a laptop for a while and he took the time to explain and help me narrow down what would work best for my needs. Apple continues to provide great products with wonderful customer service.

I had an appointment at 11:15 did not leave the store till 2:40. I went in for a recall on my iPhone 12 Pro. They will not honor the recall and also lost all the data on my phone. Very upset that even lost my TikTok app. Their solution for me was to purchase a new phone. My phone do not have any scratches or cracks on it. But the Apple Store and also AppleCare made it my problem. The recall was for the speakers. I am very disappointed in Apple. I always take care of my devices and I feel like Apple needs to stand on their end on their devices. I did not produce the devices. They produce the devices so staying on business. Very disappointed in the Lynnhaven Va Beach Apple Store. I left with my phone worse than what it was when I walked into the store. The manager looked at me like I was trying to steal something from them. Do better, Apple!!

I bought my new phone in summer but I’m writing this review only now. I wanted to tell “THANK YOU” to Darrin Dishong. He really helped me. I’m from other country and I sold my old phone here and bought the new one here as well and I had some problems with my SIM card. It’s really hard to explain but Darrin and other specialists solved these problems. Thank you so much guys. I appreciate it 🙏🏻

They gave me some helpful tips for my Mac Book Pro, iPad, and iPod. 📱💻 Apple offers training sessions, support, repairs, and a great selection of accessories and products. This store is loaded with so many neat accessories ❗️Located near Sephora, LL Bean, and Forever 21.
