I called Rayo and explained that I needed my phone screen replaced. I drove over and showed it to him. He had everything he needed in stock. (Which nobody else did). He explained he could do it same day. He had me look and sign a contract after explaining the price. I left it with him. I came back in 2 hours later. It was completed and functional. I also picked up a case and glass for my phone. I got everything for less than the other places quoted for just the screen. I would recommend to others.

This place is a not worth your time or business. I took my phone to this hack shop to get repaired and after asking multiple times what the estimated cost would be to repair the phone he simply did not give an answer. He just beat around the bush talking about cracked screens and such on other phones. Nonetheless, I left my phone with him thinking it would be reasonable. TWO days later he tells me its going to be $800 to repair it. I said absolutely not and my wife went back to gather my phone to only discover that they charge a $200 diagnostics fee. And he had taken my sim card out and not replaced it in my phone. Just don't, go to a real shop!

This is a pre service customer review. My Note 10 is stuck on reboot. I need this problem corrected in order to recover my pictures. Rayco repairs was the only place in the area who with confidence advise that he could recover, and fix the problem. Upon walking into his shop he greeted me with a friendly smile. His customer service, and attentiveness to my concerns were above approach. He listened to me intensely and asked me specific detailed questions about the issues with my phone. He called me the next day and advised it was a motherboard problem and advised he would need to order a part, and asked if he could proceed. Looking forward to providing a positive "Post" review.

I got my phone fixed and the parts were sketchy, kept glitching out every other day just bought a new phone to avoid any more problems. Also my friend who went with me bought a iphone 13 at the place we took it to the apple store in reston because it kept popping up an error message on the settings, and the apple employee told me the phones serial number had previous apple IDs reported lost. Very sketchy. Luckily the apple employee let us go as long as we told him where we got it from. This shop gave me a lot of problems.

The guy at the store looks creepy, got some weird vibes. I think a lot of these reviews were paid for because the shop is small, cramped and looks like a typical FOB store. I called the guy to replace my phone and he gave me a different price when I arrived at the store, and I didn’t mention I called. He gave me two prices for the same phone, thats a tell if u know what i mean. Buy American.
