𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 $150 for service and not refundable.BAD service David is a total SCAM and he just need money ,WORST technician . I Brought my asus rog ally extreme from July until sept 24 2024 he didn't even fix it .he always say need to buy this part .Don't trust this David. If I could give zero stars I would. My rog ally was looted, battery and 1 TB SSD card were missing when I opened my rog ally extreme

Quick, responsive, and attentive service for my recent laptop repair. Needed to extract all files from a hard drive that was starting to fail. Within 24 hours, it was ready to be picked up after successful extraction. Only business practice I would advise new customers of is that you have to pay before services are rendered, so be prepared for that.

This business is not honest. Took my computer in for repairs, got a quote. Received a call that the repairs had been completed. When I picked up the computer the price quote was nowhere near the stated price. Also, there was work done that I had not authorized. This repair cost way more than the quote. The worst part of this so-called repair was within a few weeks the computer was demonstrating the original symptoms. What a RIP OFF. So be where of this business or you will get the business!!!!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I took my laptop here because the USB ports on one side were not working. He told me it would be $145 with upfront payment and I agreed. A week went by with no call, so I called them and David told me there was shipping delays on the part they ordered. Two more weeks go by with no call, so I called him again and he told me it was not fixable and that I need to pick it up. I went to pick it up and he informed me he had to deduct $85 from my refund for labor charges. After a heated argument he told me I can either leave or accept the $60 refund and take my laptop so reluctantly I agreed and went home. Well.. I got home and the laptop no longer turns on!! I had my nephew look at it, who has experience with building and repairing computers, and he told me my entire mother board had been swapped out and some of the cables were not even hooked up!! I called the store back and was hung up on! And FYI after looking at his reviews it seems he is writing fake reviews for himself because the grammar is very poor but the reviews are supposedly written by people with caucasian names. Or names that make no sense like “Luis Johnson.” Yeah sure.. Luis Johnson my foot!!! Steer clear of this place!!
