What it really stood out was that Lucas was able to resolve the issues without me needing to leave my computer with them, which I really appreciated. I had the death circle where my phone keeps restarting. I called uBreakifix in Stafford , VA to see if they fix iPhones. Michael explained that they do and explained the process. After about two weeks, I went to the store and talked to Michael. He explained the first step would be the less evasive where they use software to get the phone out the circle of death. Michael took the phone to the back, where they fix phone and return within few minutes. Michael explained that the phone turned on just fine, without using their application. This showed Michael honesty and integrity. Highly recommend uBreakifix of Stafford! Michael, thank you for your great work ethics!

I recently had a broken phone and initially went to the uBreakiFix location in Fredericksburg, but they didn’t have the parts I needed, and I would’ve had to wait days to get it fixed. Thankfully, I called this location, and Mike went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly understanding, cooperative, and made the entire process so much easier. Even though he was the only one there for the most part, Mike worked efficiently and got my phone fixed the same day I brought it in. I’m so grateful for his help—he’s truly the best!
