I want to give a huge shoutout to Kaila and Gabby at U Break We Fix for their outstanding service. My daughter and I recently visited the store to repair some items, and they went above and beyond to assist us. We had several cherished pictures of my son, who recently passed away, stored on our devices, and they handled everything with such care and compassion. Kaila and Gabby were not only courteous and professional but also incredibly patient in explaining the repair process to us. Their kindness and attention to detail made a difficult situation a little easier, and we truly appreciate their help. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized! Great customer service. Kayla assisted me and she was EXTREMELY patient and knowledgeable. I couldn't remember my passwords to disable the phone for repair and she found a quick workaround. My cell phone was fixed within 30 minutes and I purchased a great quality screen cover. I received quality customer service and I highly recommend this location..... I had to return to repair another phone days later and received great customer service from Anthony. This location is consistently good.

Had a weird screen break, and they diagnosed quickly and had the right screen on hand to fix in just a couple of hours (as a walk in). Anthony was really helpful, answering all of my questions, giving me all the options clearly, and being very patient and polite--way, way better than I expected, and even better than I had hoped for. Did not love that I broke my phone, but they made it as painless as possible to get fixed. Would absolutely come here again for future problems.

Brought my phone in for a warranty battery replacement, but during the repair, the team accidentally cracked my screen and phone case. They did not take responsibility for the cracked case and the manager (Octavio) was rude and dismissive when I showed him the damage. After arguing back and forth for days, they finally agreed to fix the case after reviewing their camera footage of the repair, but never apologized or acknowledged the mistake. Ultimately, I was without a phone for 5 days while I waited for them to order the replacement parts. Mistakes happen, but I would expect the team to take full responsibility for damaged parts and make things right. I would absolutely not trust this team to handle repairs in the future.
