Best price in town. iPad screen replacement was $40 cheaper than any other store around. They were super fast and it was done in thirty minutes. Highly recommend

After telling me at drop off that they had the correct color glass to replace the back of my iPhone 13 mini, I returned after an hour and a half to discover they did not have the right color and had therefore not done the work. They then damaged the inside of my phone, while I watched horrified. They removed the original broken glass back violently with sharp tools which damaged the phone visually - the guy drew blood from his own hand and used masking tape as a bandaid before going back to it (gross, and health hazard). They then replaced the glass back of the phone with a temporary wrong-color glass back that they stuck on with double-sided tape. They said I have to return again to the store for “free” replacement with the correct color back, and I ASSUME that they will be able to ***fix the internal iPhone flashlight which they broke at that time as well***. To top it all off, they made me pay about $95 for the roughly 3 hour “service” before giving the (broken, worse) phone back. If they can’t fix the flashlight when they replace the glass with the correct color, I will not only be requesting a refund (from my credit card, if I have to) but will be considering other courses of action in response for the damage to my property. Learned my lesson at a minimum and will never use a kiosk for an iPhone repair ever again. Please learn from my mistake.

Brought in my IPad 6th gen with a completely shattered screen. And they were able to fix it to mint condition at a very very reasonable price. Customers service was excellent and I was in and out within one hour. Will bring back any other devices I have to them in the future.

My screen froze up for some unknown reason and as an emergency came to the fix with hopes that they would be able to help me and to my surprise they were fast efficient and affordable if you’re ever in the Springfield, Virginia area and you need any work done on your phone. Please check them out customer service five stars.
