I usually don’t leave negative reviews on a business account because I believe there is always room for growth and improvement. However, I am highly disappointed in this company’s customer service skills and morals. I initially went to them to have a diagnostic test done on an old cell phone. He told me there was a charge for the test, but it would be applied to the service if we chose to get the phone fixed through them. If I did not use them, then I would have to just pay the diagnostic fee. I was OK with that. The guy told me it would take up to 4 hours to diagnose it and to see exactly what’s going on. He called me about three hours later and told me it would cost 300 something dollars to fix and that he fixed it already. He did not tell me what’s wrong with it or give me an option to choose if I wanted it fixed through them. I felt that that was very sneaky and dishonest. I have used them many times in the past, but never again. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I just wanted to warn others of their lack of transparency.
