Excellent service! Quickest response I've ever gotten from an IT person. Matt was absolutely wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable, personable and easy to communicate with. Not only was my repair done fast, the result was better than I expected because he put a little extra effort into making sure my computer was working properly. And his price was more than reasonable. And when I brought my PC home, he was even able to help me make sure everything was good and gave me tips and resources for what I need done next to make sure my PC will be in it's best state.
