The techs are amazing! I purchased a 2012 MacBook Pro that had a very outdated software operating system. I looked at many forums and checked with other tech experts and they said it could not be updated. So I took it to the guys at VaughanTech and they worked their magic! Not only did they update it they were able to add Windows 11 on an Apple product! When they gave me the price of everything I was shocked because the amount was well below what I was initially expecting. I’m a very satisfied customer, definitely recommend them for all your computer needs!

When I have been in, the lady behind the counter is often rude and will even talk down to you (some of us actually know things about tech). As well they are very reserved about working on your pre-owned computers/doing repairs. Will often tell you to just buy a new one even if all that the device needs is a new screen, or more ram/upgraded storage. Their business tactic seems to be to upsell people who are uneducated on computers (a great tactic in an area with alot of older clientele to take advantage of), boarderline scamming. For the most part you will get both a better variety and better prices at Best Buy or online at Amazon. But at least Smithfield has a "tech" store.

Upgraded 2 computers and transferred all personal data from one to another. It was a seamless, painless and awsome experience. Saved me the gigantuan learniing curve experience of trying to do it myself. Highly recommend Vaughn Tech!

Great service and results. Took computer in (not working), turned out to be ram was loose...then ended up upgrading main drive to a 1 TB SSC drive. MUCH FASTER Start up! LOVE IT! Thank you.
