I used their services, being referred by Verizon Home Device Protect. The staff was welcoming, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, communicative quickly turned around my repair. My Apple MacBook Pro was returned to me excellently repaired. They provided me timely updates regarding my repair and returned my device via FedEx saving me time. I had other inquiries that they had no issues addressing, stellar Customer service!!! If ever in need of their services, I strongly recommend utilizing this establishment.

It was a pleasant experience. My phone had a screen issue and I was able to easily book a time slot on their website. I arrived and the team made me feel comfortable while explaining the issue. They looked up the warranty on my phone and let me know that this issue was common with my phone and that the phone company was extending warranties for an additional 2 years because of the issue. They fixed the problem in a little over an hour. My phone was good as new and went on my way. I highly recommend this location across the street from Valley View Mall.

I was very impressed by Kirby who not only took the time last week to verify a warranty repair but was also impressed by the excellent service I received yesterday by him and Austin when I dropped off the phone for repair. Excellent service, quick repair, response and took the time to truly understand their customers. I would recommend this company and particularly this location personally. Being from out of state Kirby took the time to take the steps to ensure I could still pick up my repaired device same day given the hurricane in Florida that potentially affected how the claim could be submitted to the manufacturer. Kudos to both Kirby and Austin for your kindness and service

I went in on a Saturday at 11 AM to get the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra fixed. The service was extremely professional and polite, and my phone was ready in only 2 hours. I couldn't believe that they got the job done so quick, I absolutely recommend this place!
