Went in at 9:00 and I was greeted by Robert the way it's supposed to be done. I explained what was the problem with my PC and he knew what to do right away, They fixed it and did "clean up" on it also quickly for a great charge. Much less that one expects. SO......thanks folks. Highly recommended.

Diagnosis and repairs were thorough and complete, pricing was very fair, and turnaround time was FAST. Communication both in person and over the phone with multiple employees was excellent. This experience taught me that computers can really be fixed/upgraded and not just replaced!

I have used Vinton Computer since 2011. Moved into Roanoke into 2019 and have used Brambleton Computers and between the two they are very knowledgeable. Up to date on technology. Stopped in expecting to wait. One person ahead of me being helped. Someone came out of the back and started helping me right away. As I was being helped I watched the same thing happen to everyone that came in behind me. Great service.
