The owner Louis is super knowledgeable and very professional. I have purchased a laptop from him and he has repaired screens on my husbands iPhone and my Android. Just recently he was able to recover data from one of my devices and fully restored it as well.

I have an ASUS notebook laptop that had a damaged hard drive that would not turn on whatsoever. I had originally called West End Geeks for a quote, since I was calling around to price match competeting repair stores and West End Geeks made the entire process extremely easy and smooth for me. They answered all the questions I had over the phone and in person, gave me a reasonable estimate as to how long the repair would take and how much it would cost. They were kind and helpful. They also gave a me a 30 day warranty on the repair just in case.

Louis is a competent, knowledgeable, and personable computer tech. He qucikly verified that my HDD was blown and that it wasn't a faulty electrical connection, enabling me to make a fast Prime Day purchase to replace the drive. Need to take my tablet to him now, the charging socket is loose!
