I brought my wife’s iPhone 11 in for a screen repair. They did a diagnostic, and replaced the screen for a decent price. A few months later, the screen COMPLETELY SEPARATED from the phone. Upon bringing to to a different location, I was informed that when the screen was replaced last time they DID NOT PUT THE SCREWS IN. So now I need to pay even MORE to get the screen AND speaker replaced, AND the phone’s Face ID function has been irrevocably destroyed! Save yourself the trouble and go to Fruit Fixed instead.

Because the first review got removed some how but they did some work for me a while back on my iPhone. I notice that the screen had yellow tint spot and technician assured me it would go away or they would fix it free of charge. Ok 2 weeks later screen went out again so I return to the Main St location. Just for them to charge me again, they said they didn’t know who technician was that had help me, as you know they are not cheapest in town and they treat certain people a certain way in that location. When owner first opened I did business with him twice and he was polite did great job but since Covid I guess those values went out the window. I didn’t even put up an argument plus I thought it was staff issue, I asked if they would honor the warranty cause I had my receipt. Just to say the yellow spot wasn’t their technician fault. Blamed the screen and shipping and handling but then said they would not honor another warranty if phone broke again. Even tho there was no foul play on my behalf. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a head full of feelings that no one should to have to go thru when clearly it was their fault. Sad

Thank you so much Experimax. I am a student in my senior year of college for my B.S. in Healthcare Administration Management. I got stuck in Richmond after leaving Atlanta in 2020 to help my mom because she was sick. Every restaurant shut down so, I ended up staying because I had no job to go back to as server during Covid-19. I decided to start school and needed a laptop. I found this establishment in my freshman year and received the best customer service and advice to get up and running w classes on my laptop. I have been to several computer stores but Leonard and his team have been the BEST out of all three. Clean store, problems are solved swiftly, very organized, staff on the same page regardless of who I speak with, etc. As a consumer, I HIGHLY recommend trusting this establishment for any service needs.
