Experimax of Richmond Computer Store

Found this shop online, went for a possible trade in of a pretty old mac with swollen battery. Beforehand, I checked with Apple, but the only suggestion I got was to recycle it (unable to do trade because of the swollen battery). I didn't hope to get anything in advance coming here, but ended up surprised by their service. They offerred me both trade in and repair options. And after I decided to repair, they were able to get it done within a day!!! Cheaper price, professional service, rapid repair and friendly communication. 10/10. I'd love to recommend this place to anyone who need some tech help with their device!

This worked out perfectly for a last minute Christmas gift…actually saw a post on FB marketplace for this item….priced differently in the store, but the owner was quick to honor the price advertised. Including a protective case, screen protector, charger, cable and 1 year warranty, why was i even looking for apple products outside of here. My go to for all things Mac!

Went in for a screen and battery repair on an Android device and they had next day availability on parts and service, were upfront about the cost and even suggested alternatives solutions that would have been better for me and resulted in less business for them in the moment.
