I had a problem with my phone not connecting to mobile network, and I called and asked for the repair cost. Collen on the phone and later in the in store quoted me $60 dollars. It took them a day to source the components. When I came back to do the repair, Dylan never told me the price and just took the phone. After a few hours, I came back, and he told me the repair was $100.64. I paid to be nice, but I was just shocked at the price change. I think this was premeditated for scamming customers. I asked to get a refund after, and he swapped it to the original parts. When I got my phone back, they had made a new crack on my screen, which was already cracked. They never put my phone together right especially the back panel. Even though they charged me a work fee of $30.

Brian and Collin saved the day after I had a very shotty repair at another shop, my phone was overheating, nothing was working right, and they found the issue which was the low quality screen installed by the other shop. Brian and Collin are the best come see them for any of your computer or cell phone related issues or if you just need some help with other technologies. They were highly recommended to me by my mother for their patience and knowledge so you know they are great no matter what sort of help you need.

The technician was extremely professional and transparent. He was able to display his technical prowess by replacing the screen glass on my cellular phone and this phone was very difficult to fix. But when it was returned it performs and looks like new!
