Computerology - Apple Authorized Service Provider

10/10 recommend! After being told, at the Apple Store in short pump, that my hard drive needed to be reinstalled and I would lose everything on my 2019 MacBook, I brought my laptop to Computerology as a last ditch effort. Within 4 hours my laptop was fully functional, all data intact, and good as new. Marnie was so kind and pleasant to converse with too! Save yourself the Apple Store headache and pay the small fee for services at Computerology!

I had a wonderful experience here. I made an appointment and was taken as soon as I walked in! I was able to get my phone fixed in less than 2 hours. Wonderful customer service and awesome associates. Marnie was an absolute wonder and huge help. I will absolutely go back to her with any future issues.

This place freaking sucks!! I went in to get my Apple Watch fixed by the look on a lady face and how fake nice she was as acting I can tell she didn’t want to help. She asked me all the same questions that I already answered before I came in to the store and the reason why I was there to begin with. If I’m being honest, I don’t think these people should be authorized with Apple because this lady clearly didn’t know she was doing. Apple Store I go:) thanks for nothing

I had such a great experience here! I called ahead of time to confirm I could get my phone screen fixed and I got all the info I needed and was told to just walk in tomorrow. I payed $30 and my phone was fixed back to new in less than an hour. The whole time I was talking with Marnie who is so friendly and clearly knows so much! Thank you so much for such a quick and easy phone fix. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you come here for any tech needs.
