I visited on a Friday and was instructed to return at any time on Tuesday. Upon my arrival on Tuesday, I found that they were unprepared for my visit and was asked to come back the following day. One of the staff members refused to provide his name and responded to my inquiry by stating, "I have no name." The customer service from this individual was extremely poor; he did not smile once and exhibited a cocky and arrogant demeanor. His rudeness and lack of respect were disappointing. Given that this business does not seem to have a high volume of customers, one would expect a more positive attitude towards the few patrons they do have. On a positive note, another associate named Muhammad displayed a commendable attitude and offered me a discount to compensate for his colleague's behavior. However, due to the overall negative experience, I have decided not to return and will take my business elsewhere.

My service today was excellent. The gentlemen are kind and willing to negotiate. They fixed two phones while I waited. Come by and tell your friends and associates.

Was quoted $150 for a screen replacement for a Galaxy Note 10+. What they didn't tell me was that they'd be putting my parts into a new frame (which I didn't want because I have a special version of the phone) or that the screen would be a crappy aftermarket screen. I had them put my original phone back together and give me my money back. I understand most people probably don't care if the things they have are genuine or high quality. If you're okay with fake/knockoff/cheap stuff, this is definitely the store for you. If they would have just told me ahead of time what they were going to do, it would have saved us both time and effort.
