Despite how busy the store was, the greeter checked me in upon arriving 10 minutes early. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Ken quickly ran diagnostics on my phone and gave me a return time for picking up my repaired device. Thanks, Apple Store for making a tedious chore a pleasant experience!

Phone shut off and blacked out, so I decided to come here. Told me to wait 30 minutes which turned into 2 hours. Finally saw someone only for them to tell me some screws were loose and it'd be 400$. End up traveling back to meet up with the guy that repaired the phone initially for him to turn it on in literally less than 5 seconds. Technicians need to be more thorough with diagnostics, because they're robbing people of potentially easy repairs

This review applies to any Apple Store, not just the one at the Short Pump Town Center, and my complaint is the fault of Apple, not the retail store. I'm also posting this review (through Google) on Apple's corporate website. I recently made an appointment at the Short Pump store to have the battery replaced in my nearly 4-year-old iPhone 12. After going through the effort to back up the data, remove sensitive apps, and making the 58-mile round trip to the store, I was told that I was "ineligible" for a battery replacement. Even though I was willing to pay for the replacement (which Apple on its website says is available for $89), the store employee told me they only replace batteries that have a capacity of less than 80%. While the 80 percent restriction is a condition for a no-cost replacement under Apple Care, there is no indication on their website that this restriction exists for a paid replacement. Nor would any rational person guess that Apple would refuse a customer willing to pay them their stated asking price, $89. The employee said that if I was concerned about the charging level on my phone, I should buy a new one. My guess is that this is Apple's reason for the 80 percent restriction. Beware if you’re thinking about replacing the battery in your iPhone using an Apple authorized service center (I received the same response when I visited Best Buy). You'll be wasting your time unless the charge capacity is below 80%.

Horrible service again. The idiots lied and said we don't have 360 coverage and sent us to TMobile who sent us back to Apple. They don't know what they doing. stick w/ Android! Bunch of childish horribles! Back again 2/14 and instead of the idiots giving me a phone on site they had me go through insurance. Petty!!!

The store is super busy, but we were greeted right away by Cece and she was very nice and helpful. We only waited 2 minutes and was greeted by Solomon (Solo) who was very knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Also our kids were entertained by James creating an emoji and the kids had fun. Thank you all we will see you again... The Ayers
