I dropped off my laptop on Monday, and they returned it working on Wednesday. Richard was diligent about keeping me informed about the diagnosis and repair status. Laptop Repair Geeks responded very quickly to my email and had me try a couple of things first to see if that fixed it (free of charge). Unfortunately, the laptop had bigger issues. I backed-up my files, music, docs, etc., to an external HD and they came to my home and picked up the laptop the very next day. Very professional and quick turnaround. I had the laptop back in less than 24 hours. It's all repaired and runs great. Highly recommend!

I enthusiastically recommend Laptop Repair Geeks of Reston and would definitely call them again. I called on Thursday morning when the hard drive on my 3 year old Dell laptop decided to go AWOL. Richard handled my call professionally and with good humor. Diagnostics were run and the resulting evaluation and recommendation report provided that same day. I went with the recommendation and Darnell returned my laptop with its brand new SSD on Saturday morning. The entire process was thoroughly explained, paperwork clearly detailed, work was completed quickly, and the documentation easy to understand.
