Bought a PS5 from them weeks ago. I think 2 weeks ago to be exact. I finally had time to use it today, First game I get on PS5 overheats after a couple minutes launching a game, now they won't give me a refund. Reported them as well to the BBB since a large amount of money was spent.

I just want to give thanks and praise to the Petersburg Geeks. They are simply amazing fast and concise when working on your device. I needed a screen repair after damaging my screen. Within an hour my screen was fixed. The glory of this review is my phone would not take a charge when I got home. I called back before they closed for that day. They asked if I could bring the device back the next day. They fixed my charging port without asking any other questions. Simply stated they provided excellent customer service.
