Robert was absolutely knowledgeable and Super Honest. He helped me out on understanding the laptop. Check my laptop out. Friendly, Clean Store. I didn't even need an appointment. Definitely GO to P&P PC........ Don't go to best buy they rip you off. Robert didn't even charge me for his time and knowledge. Thank you so much Rob. Definitely will be your customer forever.

We have used P&Ppc 3 or 4 times. Each time they have been patient, helpful, and very professional. They have also given a lot of their time just explaining things to us that other businesses would have charged for. Even though we are moving from Norfolk to Chesapeake, we will be coming back to P&Ppc whenever we need their services. Ask for Robert when you need help with Apple products.

I am so glad that I chose to come here! After getting off the phone with a ridiculous quote for a screen repair from the manufacturer I googled repair shops in my area, and I am glad to say I chose right! The price for my repair was more than fair and the work was completed faster than I expected. I am ecstatic that I have my laptop back but I am just as pleased I had the opportunity to find this shop. I will be coming back for any other PC repair needs!

Took my Rig there because I could not figure out what was wrong. as soon as I walked through the door, Rob told me what was the issue before I finish and right he was. Super professional, Subject matter expert and very humble gave me recommendations of what parts I needed. The job performed by him was excellent, took time to show me what was done and also hints on what to look for for future issues. definitely I will comeback often for more recommendations and future upgrades . i totally recommend them.
