Highly knowledgeable and skilled technician. My laptop had a broken frame and the lid wouldn't close. It took him only 3 days to order the part and install with no imperfections. The price was also fantastic. I paid less than what I thought. I was so surprised at his work. I highly recommend this man for any electronic issues.

Tork was very helpful while trying to save my MacBook Pro. He was honest in his evaluation, which was a very sincere sorry- it cannot be saved. While another store said they would charge me $75 diagnostic which would take 3 days, he was able to look at it there and then, and tried many different ways to access the information that was saved on it. I would definitely go back - hopefully with something that can be fixed!
