This is my first review, and I had to do it because Edward and what he did so deserves the feedback. Straight to the point: The computer works better than brand new, super-fast!!!! Fixed the same day when I had it taken to him! Very smart guy, he knows what he is doing!!! I give him 1,000 STARS :) Any issue that I may have with a computer again, it's going to him, no questions asked! Detailed story: The computer on the left under the purple light has not worked in over 2 years. I had called Samsung, Norton Virus, and several repair shops and no feedback that I received left me confident that I could restore the computer to working order. I had called some local repair shops, and they wanted to charge me some a diagnosis fee and, in the end, they said "we don't work on old/outdated computers." The best that I found that could be done was to remove the hard drive and get what is on it and have it given back to me, leaving the rest of the computer left for trash (for me). The estimated cost for that was around $400, and still left with finding another computer, I didn't want another computer I wanted mine fixed. In the end, I was left feeling like there was nothing else I could do. I tried running in safe mode and using the DOS prompt, nothing worked. My DVD drive wouldn't even open when prompted, and yes, I purchased a computer repair disc as well. One day, when I had some time, I called the shop and Edward picked up the phone and we talked about it. He pretty much said he could fix any computer issue and said the computer needed a new hard drive based on the age because the moving parts in the hard drive gets worn out over time. We then setup a time (on a Saturday) to get things going. When I was in there, he opened up the computer and went to work right away, he didn't even turn it on to see what was going on! :) He put a new hard drive in it and did his magic. My old hard drive was being an issue getting things off of it, but he continued to work his magic and got everything off of it and transferred over to the new hard drive. Mind you, this whole thing took almost all day, but he kept pushing and got it done! He wasn't about to give up! He then updated many other software programs on my computer and now, this computer is supppperrrrr fastttt!!!!!! No issues at all!!!! 1,000% amazed by what he did and the cost!!!! The cost oh my!!!!! The cost blew my mind by how much it was $300! :) It was soooo worth it! I got my old computer back in new condition with all the things I really needed with the files still in tack! Take your computer issues to him: 10,000,000,000% recommend! Do not replace computer, if you like what you have. Let him fix it! :))))) Thank you so very much for your time and what you did for me on that Saturday! :)))))

Edward is amazing! He's extremely knowledgeable and was quickly able to determine the root cause of my pc's issues and fix it for a fair price. If I do end up having pc issues again, I will definitely return.

**Summer 2022 update: I made an earlier review a few years ago when my first desktop was built here, and I was absolutely overjoyed with the results. I just recently had a second pc built here and I am just as pleased, if not more so. The computer is flawless, all the components were handled with care and it looks gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend having all your computer work done here. Hes faster and better at the job than any other place in the area. ~For reference the rainbow rgb desktop is the first build, and the mostly purple desktop is the second~

Edward is awesome! He installed a new hard drive and a new battery in my laptop. My computer is super fast now. I called him a few weeks after he did the new installs because I was having trouble with my email. He had me up and going over the phone in less than 10 minutes! Much appreciated Edward!

Been coming here for over a year and I totally recommend to anyone with a pc!!! are you getting into pc gaming? want a pc built? knowledgment about pcs? THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Wayno found I had a bad gpu (rtx 3090) helped me package and shipped back to manufacturing company and received a brand new one. Also figured out some led rgb fan issues I had and corrected the problem right away and built me one heck of a monster gaming pc. Will be going here for a lifetime :) ps: already in the process of having my next rig built and I will only have this place do it.
