Eddie was extremely patient and kind, and timely.he explained what needed to be done, wrote down directions because I am not tech savvy . Went home did what he said, came in the next day and it was beautifully fixed in 1 1/2 hrs. Don’t find caring people enough in this industry! Fast, good pricing, great service. I highly recommend them. I had my iPhone 12 screen replaced. I dropped it off at 7pm and picked it up at 11am. When I called to inquire they were able to tell me I had no corrosion inside and nothing else to fix.

Very disappointed in the service I received. I took a phone in to have the screen repaired under warranty. The screen wasn't physically damaged when we dropped it off but when we returned the tech said they physically broke the screen trying to remove it. They claimed they could not continue to work on a physically damaged screen and that a replacement phone would be sent in 2 days. The replacement phone never came and when I followed up with assurion and Verizon they said that the tech never followed through with the process and appeared to delete the info. I took a whole day off work to have this repair made costing me hundreds of dollars and since the screen was now physically broke I would have to pay the deductible. I am very disappointed in the service I received.
