Got a new back on my phone two days later it was dropped on a piece of carpet from the bed which was not far and the back cracked again. The phone is acting up and glitching. Also will not ever use these people for anything. Called and complained and he will not replace the back wants to charge me again. Wants me to bring the phone back in to check the glitching, but I’m afraid to let them touch the phone again. Not happy at all with their service.

I brought my phone in to try and be repaired but it turns out anything they could do wouldn’t fix my issue. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind and quick. They did parts replacement and troubleshooting but did not charge me which I found surprising and very nice.

Had a OG PS5 with a stripped screw in the SSD slot - thought it was done for and literally panicked for a good 24 hours over it because I didn’t know if any place could do it. However, someone at my job referred them, so I made a call to this place and asked if they could handle getting it out after I tried multiple things to unstick it. I kid you not, once they knew the problem it was literally 30 seconds to fix it and I genuinely was in disbelief how they handled it so efficiently. They even put in a replacement screw so I could proceed with selling off my console. Def will use them again if I need a console fixed up! Already considering them for another potential repair.
