My grandfather & I went to see if we could pawn some rings. The man at the counter was on the phone the entire time, barely took a look at anything we had, and was very dismissive and rude. He kept saying that we got our custom made ring from a gas station. When my grandfather was trying to tell him it was custom, he kept saying we bought it at a gas station, and just overall very rude about it. Extremely disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here if that man is there. He needs more training in customer service.
