Adam was awesome! Quick and easy repair. 2nd edit ***Screen is making a strange noise now when I press on it. I'm a little disappointed. I was told I would just have to make a claim.*** 3rd edit *** The screen now has a gap in it and is springy to touch. Not enough adhesive. Also where the battery lies in the phone it makes a popping sound when pushed. My customer service experience was great until now.

Adam was a life saver.This is my work phone. And if it wasn't for him, I don't know what I would have done. He had great customer service. He was easy to understand he was very polite and I love his work.

Not happy with these folks. Went in for a paid out of warranty screen repair both back and front. Quoted and agreed to price. When I went back in was told Samsung denied the repair do to something that had nothing to do with the paid repair. Had more to do with a new phone sale than a $400 repair. Had the phone for 4 hours till I stopped back to find out on repair. Horrible way to do business should have told me upfront that Samsung had the a say in the matter. They turned it down due to nothing that had to do with paid screen repair. It seemed 100% bogus excuse for not doing the work. They however sent me 1 mile down the road and they fixed the screens for $20 less and the best customer service ever in 1 hour. Avoid this place and just go a mile down the road to Chattanoga plaza. They will make the repair happen. **response on owner response - they never told me that my cash screen repair would be scrutinized by Samsung. The phone was out of warranty and I just needed new screens. The reason for denial had nothing to do with screen repair and I questioned denial because it showed as working when I picked up phone. I conducted Samsung diagnostic test and passed all 27 test. Their response was they we see a lot of these denials from Samsung. It was bogus and was a lame excuse to get me to upgrade phone. This was a PAiD out of warranty job! Samsung should have no say in the matter for screen repair.

We had a superb experience at uBreakiFix today. Customer service was outstanding and over the top which is rare these days. I would absolutely return for this kind of service and recommend that anyone that needs repair service use this company. The representative, Justin, was extremely friendly, very personable, and obviously cares about providing great service to their customers. Top-notch! Thank you Justin!

Edit 2/11/2024: You know the cheap $2 plastic pic frames at Wal-Mart, they scratch easily and does just enough to protect a pic? That is that after-market screens that they use here. Within 2-3 weeks of having my screen replaced, it had several scratches and 2 small gashes/chunks missing. I have a heavy duty Otterbox case as I've used on all of my phones. Never has this happened with the original screen of 4/5yrs or any others of my phones. This is the 1st repair for me in ages and I am highly disappointed. I will have to get another phone in the next few months for the screen failing. Fingerprint and touch is already giving me problems. Unfortunately, Rain no longer works here. The guy today was very rude. He def hates his job, but doesn't need to take it out on the customers. Original review: Rain, the manager was a Godsend! He fixed my screen at drop off! His attitude, personality, everything was so sweet and professional. I felt bad and didn't want to rush him, I insisted that I could wait a few days, but he took care of me right away. I am very thankful for him. Thank you Rain.
