Martin is the best!!!! Most honest, humble and kind person you’ll ever meet.He is the owner and a one man show that gets thrown all kinds of repair work all day and still manages to handle it like the pro he is. It’s hard to find people that have great customer service and then does the repair as good as it could possibly be done. I talk to him personally and after finding out he has a higher education in computers and self taught himself for other repairs to a professional level is extremely impressive. If you’re in the area and need a phone , PlayStation, iPad etc fixed stop by and see this guy !!! Or even if your not in the area he is worth it and worth the wait !!!

This was the only shop in Richmond area that would replace the 2 batteries in my Samsung Flip. He got them the best day. Called me to bring the phone in. And had it looking like new 2 hours later. Really nice man, too! I'll always go there.

Wow sums up my experience. I had a emergency with my S21. We didn't know if the phone was broken or what. The owner was great. He went over all options even my worst case scenarios. I really appreciate his kindness and willingness to help in an emergency. We didn't have to go worst case and he had my phone fixed in 20 mins. Thank you again and you've gained a repeat customer ❤️

My wife's MacBook Pro had an old, dying battery. Owner Martin Wilson quickly noticed a serious screen issue in addition to this and advised us against any repair, as a battery replacement on this model would have led to the screen failing in quick time and the parts replacement on the screen would then be $$$$$... We appreciated his honesty, drove to the Apple Store in Short Pump and purchased a new replacement MacBook Pro, and then had Martin handle the data migration from the old MacBook Pro to the new one. We highly recommend this data migration service if like us you have a ton of stuff on your machine and want your new one to look and handle just like your old one. Not only did Martin offer same-day service (it was an emergency for us), he worked on it after hours that evening to get it done, fixing some longstanding software and security issues for us along the way. My wife was delighted to be back at work with her new machine the next day! Martin also did a complete data-scrub on the old MacBook Pro so that we can trade it in at the Apple Store and get some cash back. Nice! His pricing was incredibly reasonable. Everyone loves this guy, and it's for a reason. Thanks bud!
