Very helpful and friendly. My laptop suddenly wouldn't boot up correctly. I called Laptop Repair and spoke to Richard for an initial consultation over the phone. Richard diagnosed my problem over the phone and gave me a quote to fix my machine. After speaking with Richard, we decided the laptop wasn't worth fixing but better to buy a brand new machine and Richard kindly provided recommendations on brands and models to buy and where to buy them. Very pleasant experience. I would deal with Richard again and recommend him.

Wow! Only 5 stars...I want to give them 10 stars. They made my life so easy. On a Saturday morning, they came to my house and installed the new battery in my Chromebook within 10 minutes. From the moment that I contacted them by email until when the work was completed, I was treated like I was the Prince of Wales...the King of England. They are the best!

Really easy to work with (Richard and Darrel) and customor experience is way way better than with businesses like Microcenter. They only take your computer once they get the parts, minimizing your downtime. Also they actually do local pick up and drop off of the computer, making the process easy. They charge a fair price and fixed my lap top as promised. They even offered to do a rush job over a weekend because I didn't have a back up computer for the following Monday. I was not expecting this at all. Hidden gem. Highly recommend!
