A place where a PC geek like myself feels calm and accepted. My 2 main purchases here have been an external 2.5 sata HDD/SSD enclosure (which has been amazing for cloning SSDs with ease) and an nvidia graphics card (amazing GPU for the price) both items have been welcome additions to my PC hardware collection, both items were priced low, and they've held up over time with zero issues. When i was making the 1st purchase back in December, I asked the friendly lady running the counter/register if they had a DDR3 8 GB SODIMM RAM stick for an older Dell laptop. She gets who i presume to be the owner out front, I explain my need for the RAM, about 20 seconds after he goes to the back, he returns with a container chock full of all sorts of RAM memory sticks. After digging in the bin for 15 minutes, i found my needle in the haystack!! I was elated!! I asked them how much for the used RAM stick, they said don't even worry about it. I was even more thrilled that i had asked and got some free laptop memory along with my purchase at that time. Will definitely be returning in the future!!

Excellent service - saving files and motherboard from a corrupted computer and loading onto a reasonably priced new computer! Done in 24 hours, despite Microsoft encryption. Highly recommend.

My PC was riddled with viruses, and finally crashed. I was impressed from the onset in doing business with these folks. The turnaround time was great, especially since a part had to be ordered. Phone contact/communication was great, customer service was superb, and the Tech that fixed my PC was very knowledgeable, and professional.
