Greatest place to get your computer fixed. Great person he treats you like family and very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend Birds Computers to everyone.

Well I do like birds he's got great deals and good quality however I've been there twice in the last month and both times his signs say he was supposed to be open and there was no lights on our no one attending the place and the place was clearly not open when it was supposed to be which is very inconvenient for those that need his services

I took my laptop into be repaired on January 3rd 2019 knowing it needed the complete screen replaced. After talking with the owner he recommended buying parts instead of the complete screen. Week after week I would call to see if my computer had been fixed only to be told it had not for varies reasons and finially I needed another part to fix it. I never received a call from them but always initiated the calls to check to see if they had it fixed. Finally I called this last time to be told that they had still not fixed my laptop and recommended a complete new screen. I was told the cost of the new screen again, which I had been told from day one of taking it in, and was talked out of getting. So basically I was charged $85.00 for parts and repairs that did not fix my computer. I was offered a chance to order the new screen on top of the useless parts and repair attempt with the explanation he had tried to save me money by ordering parts and performing labor that did not fix my laptop. I cannot in good faith recommend this business. There was poor communication over the stage of the attempted and failed repairs. Another excuse was it is hard to find a new screen for my laptop, but they are in fact available online. After a month of nothing and poor service, and being out $85.00 I picked up my laptop and will be hunting another place who will repair my computer.

I would give Robert 12 stars on a scale 1-10. He is honest and hard working. I just had Bird's Computer to build me (2) two super nice computer systems for my business that I am very well pleased with. Birds Computers will make your computer fly.

Bought a gaming pc pre built from Facebook (learning my lesson slowly ik 😂) but the numerous problems ive encountered, ive had fixed with ease through birds computers. Definitely recommend if you have any issues at all and he has communicated with me very well over the phone trying to get me the best parts and prices!! 5 stars easy!!
