I brought in my laptop on a Wednesday. By Monday afternoon, it was repaired. It needed a new motherboard and the turn around for ordering parts and fixing everything was fast! The staff is very kind and patient and, most importantly, knows what they are doing! If you need your tech repaired, take it here. You will not be disappointed!

After accidently shattering my phone screen on my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra. I was a little stressed about getting it fixed. I was recommended to this facility from Samsung's site and was not disappointed. They called me to make sure I knew what to expect and originally stated we would have to wait for the parts to actually come in. On the day of the appointment they called again to let me know they got the part in their shipment. My tech Casey F. Was kind, knowledgeable, and got the repair done quickly. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs their phone repaired.

Yeah, so I gave the store a call because I wanted to talk to them about the review I was about to leave. The manager offer to lower my increased diagnostic fee back down from the 100 free diagnostic crept up to down to 29.99 if I stopped by. I considered it honestly. He is a nice enough guy, but this isnt about nice. Brought my computer in because it was blue screening and they told me it would not boot. So they tried a new power supply, then claimed it needed a new board, installed the new board and it still wouldn't boot. Because the board was a "lot of work" they said the fee had to go to 100. So I had them put it all together and picked it up. Dropped it off with a friend of my who does over the phone IT support. He ran a vacuum through it, unplugged and plugged in the board to the power supply and it booted right up. He reinstalled windows and we are working on the problem that originally brought me in now. But come on, have you unplugged and plugged it back in? Have you cleared out any dust? Seems like very basic trouble shotting to have not even have been tried. Its embarrassing really that I gave my pretty advanced rig to these guys in the first place. A partial refund would have been nice, spending 100 bucks for them not to sort out the power button is super frustrating. But really I feel like it is more important to shar this story and warn people off bring their pcs here. Maybe they are better with phones but I will definitely give them a pass on all future computer repairs. I get there is no point in paying off the guy who left the bad review who has no intention on taking it down, so I this point I am just writing off the fee and moving on with my life. Photos show it up and running with in an hour of me taking it back. They had my machine for weeks. Let the Buyer Beware.

I needed to get my phone screen fixed as soon as possible. For the work I needed done, it wouldn’t be a quick repair. Casey was great at setting my appointment up and with the intake of my phone this morning. I was told that due to the work it would take until the next morning or even the next evening to be done. Matthew was great at understanding my need for my phone and was able to get it completed before the end of day. I even got an alert that my phone was ready well before closing so that I had time to pick it up. Thanks for the great work guys!!

Needed a “pink line in the screen” issue fixed. Hector grabbed my phone like a champ, took it in the back and fixed it like a pro… Was done in an hour! Complete awesome store and people! Like all 3 people came out at some point to acknowledge people as they came in. Great store and Hector is the man!
