But I wanted to update a tad - that thing still runs Window 7. One call to Jeff. Never even considered any other. He just left and I am typing this on the "new kid computer." I was working away on my computer when the screen froze and then I got the black screen of death. Luckily, I had my phone and I quickly searched for a PC repair company. PC Doc Computer Services looked like a good place to start. I contacted Jeff and he came to my house the next day and diagnosed the problem (which was a failing hard drive). I decided to get a new computer, and Jeff showed me one that he could order, it looked good, and the best part was he would set it up. Needless to say, the computer came in, he tweaked it with my information and on Monday came and set it up, moved my files onto it, and I was back in business within the hour. If I had to do this myself, I would probably have spent the entire day trying to do what he did in an hour. Jeff is a very skilled computer technician and I would highly recommend him for your computer needs.
