Staples

I went in for a chair and came out with a chair AND a desk! The sales in store were terrific and hard to resist buying. I went in for a chair and got the chair AND a new desk! lol But what got me hooked was the service the manager there gave me! I kid you not, and I wish I got her name, but she went above and beyond to help me and to help get me whatever discounts were available. Then got me signed up on the loyalty program. Just simply great service and great prices and selection.

An individual, whom I believe was the manager, voluntarily came to the checkout counter and took the time to ensure that we had everything we needed and that a $20 certificate was applied to our order after noticing that we were using Staples' reward program and App. She took the time to verify everything and explain how the certificate works. In addition, the cashier was very courteous, went out of his way to pick up the large item for us, and helped us load it in the car!

While a nice store, the 2 guys working on the day were unprofessional and curt about handling a simple office chair order. My address is still wrong despite me correcting it. May as well have been talking to the wall, it had a higher chance of any pleasantries.

Found a great item at a very good price ( Laptop ) and was shown if the item was in stock locally. Had it not been available at the local store it would have been delivered to the store the next day.

went to staples on 1/18/2025 to get a chair and supplies as soon as i walked the lady up front greeted me which was nice was setting and checking out chairs and the same lady come back and ask me if i needed help what a great experience Lynn was her name cant find customer service like that anymore thanks Lynn for your help was a pleasure
