Do your homework! Charged $174 to replace an iPhone battery. My fault for not taking the time to research options. Happy with the quality and promptness of the work and for their courteous service but the $174 charge for a simple battery replacement is too steep. After the work got an estimate from an Apple certified technician for the job was$69- and the job can be done in Lynchburg. An explanation for the $174 charge included citations of work quality that included comments suggesting that some others take short-cuts. They also cited a one year warranty on the work but I would expect a battery replacement to be fine over the course of one year—it seemed somewhat equivalent of not having the option to decline paying for extended protection.

Very reasonably priced. Needed battery replacement for Galaxy s10e. They ordered the battery and it came in the next day Prepayment was required OF COURSE since they had to pay for the battery with no guarantee I would return. It was changed in 1 hour .

They are amazing! My phone was broken in half. I went to three different establishments and they all said they could not fix it. I came to Phone Axiom And Christian was such a blessing not only did he properly diagnose my phone, but he did everything in his power to fix it. I walked out of there with my phone working after not having it for two days. When no one else In the city could fix my phone they did! I can’t explain how much that meant to me because I practically live off my phone and my business operates from it not to mention I have TikTok 😊
