I had my laptop keyboard keys replaced. It cost $80 to put them back in. Wasn’t a problem, but the technician told me one key couldn’t be replaced because the hinges were messed up. He told me to buy it off eBay. I knew the hinges weren’t messed up, it was actually the metal part of laptop. I fixed the metal part and brought the same key board keys. I took another key out because I had to know how to fix the metal portion. He then gave me attitude even after I tried to explain what happened. Fine I guess, but he fixed my “broken” key that wasn’t even broken. Now 2 weeks later another key he supposedly fixed came out. The front desk guy was nice, but the technician was barely any help.
