The work done was done well. Communication during diagnostic, part ordering, status could use improvement. I had to call to get status. I'd prefer more proactive communication from uBreak. The guys I did talk to were very professional and pleasant, and the work they did was good. Fair pricing as well. Would recommend.

Even with an appointment, it took me 30 min to check in. ⏰⌛️✅ Following the initial assessment, please anticipate an additional 4-5 hour processing time for your phone repair. Samsung needs better fix options than sending customers there.

My iPhone 7 plus battery needed replacement. UBreakiFix took care of it for 79.99. That was much better than buying the newest iPhone $830. Staff there were courteous, professional, and prompt. Thanks uBreakiFix!

It's like 2019 again with respect to service for the customer. I really appreciate the time and attention given my iPhone SE's screen. It's an old device, so not to spend too much money on, and shattered back...> replaced the front, put it in an otterbox and it'll last til it's time for replacement (or the software becomes obsolete). Can't wait to take other devices and playthings (like the nintendo) to UBreakIFix in Leesburg/Ashburn. Big props to Matthew for his help. Professional and nice to do business with.
