Our business used your services and repair was successful. BUT Phone was returned with the screws tightened so tight or stripped that they had to be grinded out of the case to allow a second screen repair.

The team did an excellent job to replace my laptop casing and screen with a quick turnaround of 8 hours. They are very professional with great customer service. Although my warranty is through them, it didn't show up automatically on my account and they didn't verify it until after I mentioned it once the repair was completed. I'm deducting a star for this gap.

I needed a screen replaced thanks to my grandson and his "toy" hammer. They were the best price out of three quotes and were very professional and thorough in their explanation of the repair process. Everyone I communicated with was very friendly. I have a one year warranty on the screen from defects, etc. So far, it is like new again, and the repair was successful. I will definitely bring other electronics to them that need repair in the future.

Fixed my switch lite by replacing a joycon that was experiencing some bad drift. Very easy experience. Made an appointment last Saturday, and they immediately called to request details and ensure they had the parts I needed available. Dropped it off at 6pm Tuesday, it was fixed and ready early afternoon Wednesday. Very smooth and convenient.
