Was told my iphone was unfixable by UBreakIFix, Best Buy, and Apple Store. This place fixed my screen in minutes at a fraction of the price, saving me almost $1,200 on a new phone. Thank you! Update Sept 2024: A couple more visits to The Phone Doctor happened this year, a replacement battery for my late husband's laptop was the first service issue this year, taken are of in an expeditious manner, of course. The 2nd issue was my 17" laptop ceased to recognize my keystrokes or enable the cursor. A quick visit and next day diagnosis was that there was a small bit of moisture was in the keyboard. Eek! An easy repair for the good Phone Doctor, of course! A disaster averted once again! Shoutout for KARLA - she's incredibly knowledgable about the wide range of products and devices that are stocked in the shop, always friendly, and definitely remembers repeat clients. Karla is a wonderful asset and her customer service skills are exemplary! I always enjoy and appreciate my interactions with her whenever I visit the shop. 2023: The Phone Doctor store is ALWAYS our first choice when we have a technology related challenge to fix or solve. The latest save was when my husband's Mac Air power cable ceased to work. A cost-effective previously owned replacement was found and the problem solved effortlessly! In the past, we've had the Mac laptop batteries replaced, and the iPhone shattered screens replaced, as well. All replacements were done in an expeditious manner and a reasonable cost. The Phone Doctor also offers refurbished laptops. A couple of years ago I purchased a 17" Mac and it's been a great computer for everyday use. I highly recommend this store for it's diversity of products as well as it's welcoming attitude to all who enter!

I got a replacement charger port here and now it’s not working less than 6 months later. Also my Apple car play stopped working after getting the replacement charger port. I would not recommend this shop. They clearly don’t make good repairs.
