absolutely amazing experience with Fateka computer store. Shak was really helpful and responsive when picking out parts for my new PC. Had it paid for and built within 24 hours which is better than I could’ve ever imagined. Couldn’t recommend this shop more.

Vladimir is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I brought my computer in to get repaired and the amount of money that would have gone into fixing it was astronomically higher than purchasing a new one. Vladimir helped me search out options for what best suited my needs, and he helped save me a lot of money! He also checked in on me a few days after my purchase to see how I was enjoying my new computer. I needed help and he told me to bring it in and he helped update drivers and various other issues I had (I am not very tech-savvy) and he didn't charge me for the work. None of our interactions felt transactional, and I am very, very delighted with the level of service and the product that I received. I highly recommend him and I will not go to any other computer store as I trust him and thoroughly enjoyed my time there!

I had an accident with my laptop and half of the screen was no longer working. I brought it here after seeing the great reviews and because they are a certified Lenovo repair shop. They did an excellent job repairing the laptop to a like new state and were able to get it back to me in one day even though they had to order the parts to make the repair. I felt the price was very fair and even a little less than I was expecting. I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need another computer repaired!
