For the second time now I've gone to Mr. Yonata to fix my daughter's iphone cracked screen, this time front and back, and I have to tell you, it's the best place and the best person you could have fix your issues. Mr. Yonata is an expert at his craft and he doesn't try to gouge you, as I've seen many many others do. His prices are fair and within reason. But, it's not just the professionalism, the expertise, and the great work alone, he's such a wonderful gracious person with a great attitude that makes the anger associated with the reason you're mainly there to see him sort of dissappear. I was so fortunate to have found him the first time, and I knew I had to keep his number, knowing my daughter 😀. He saved the day, AGAIN...🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

My recent visit was a truly unpleasant experience. Not only was the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful, but the overall atmosphere was hostile and unwelcoming. Upon arrival, the door was locked, and I was directed to call a phone number. When I did, the person who answered the phone was curt and dismissive. The overwhelmingly positive reviews are not in any way representative of what I experienced and based on my interactions, I can confidently say that this is a place I would avoid.
