My husband just took his phone here and the guy who helped him was super nice! He could’ve easily over priced us or lied about what was wrong but he didn’t. He helped and made it much easier for us! We are very thankful and definitely will be returning when needed!

I didn't get the name of who helped me out, but he was great to work with! Needed to replace a badly cracked phone screen. They ordered the replacement screen which arrived in one business day. I was contacted when the replacement screen arrived at the store and I brought the phone in. He had it fixed up by the time I said I would be back (in 2 hours from the time I dropped it off). I would recommend and will use them again if I need anything else fixed up!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Richmond Geeks. The technician's customer interaction and deep knowledge of technology, both historically and currently, were superb. Jibreel's even manner together with his creative problem-solving skills and considerable expertise left my data--and me--in good hands. Jibreel listened carefully. He took time to answer my questions and then, at my request, recommend helpful products and followup. Stopped by today, I dropped my phone the other day, and was hoping they could repair the shattered screen. the very friendly associate was very helpful. I didn't get his name, however, I am greatful for the service, professionalism and the repair was done when promiced. My phone looks great and I will keep this place in mind for other repairs and referrals.
